Quiet Orbit is a focus timer and app blocker for iPhone. Every focused minute moves a ship through the solar system. Finish a session and you bring back one of 281 named findings, each with its own story. Focused time also earns paints and new ships. Stop early and you keep the minutes. New in 2.0, friends can fly together: up to four phones leave at the same second, and the crew's ships fly beside yours while you focus. There is no account, no ads and no feed.

New in 2.0: Fly together

One friend picks a world and a departure time and sends a link or a six-character code. Up to three friends join. At departure every phone blocks its apps and starts the same session at the same second, and the crew's ships fly ahead in each other's windows. On the shared break the ships park together, and anyone can flash their ship's lights to say hello. There is no server of ours in between: the crew meets through Apple's iCloud.
