App blocking isn't blocking anything
Open Quiet Orbit and check Settings, Sessions, App Blocking. If Screen Time access is off, switch it on. Then open Settings, Sessions, Focus Setups and finish choosing the apps for your setup. Sessions still work without blocking.
If apps stay blocked after a session should have ended, open Quiet Orbit. That lifts the block, and if you don't open it, it lifts on its own about 20 minutes after the session ends. If apps are still blocked after that, turn off Quiet Orbit's Screen Time access in iPhone Settings and write to us.
I didn't get a reminder
Check the reminder's days and time under Settings, Sessions, Reminder Schedule, then confirm that notifications are allowed for Quiet Orbit in iPhone Settings. Focus modes, scheduled summaries, and system notification settings all affect delivery.
A session was interrupted
Reopen Quiet Orbit. A running session survives the app going to the background, a restart, and a force quit. If it ended early, you keep the minutes you'd already focused. Only the finding at the end needs the full length you chose.
Restore Premium
Open Quiet Orbit Settings, select the Premium card, and use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen. Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Manage or cancel Premium
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Open Settings, Support & Legal, Subscription in Quiet Orbit, or go straight to your Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting Quiet Orbit or its data doesn't cancel Premium.
Delete my data
Use Settings, Your Data, iCloud & Data, Delete All Data. It ends a running session, releases app blocking, and permanently removes your sessions, progress, findings, notes, reminders, and focus setups from this iPhone and from your private iCloud database. It doesn't cancel Premium, and there's no undo.
To keep a copy first, open Settings, Your Data, iCloud & Data. Save a Backup writes a file you can keep anywhere in Files, and Restore from a Backup reads one back. Daily backup saves one on its own once a day.
